Admissions

Start care with a clear admissions consultation.

Admissions begin with a no-cost consultation conducted by a registered nurse (RN). From there, we help families understand service fit, next steps, and what support at home may look like.

How it begins

A practical path into care.

The admissions consultation helps clarify needs before ongoing non-medical caregiver support begins.

No-cost admissions consultation

The admissions consultation is provided at no cost and conducted by a registered nurse (RN) to understand care needs, routines, safety concerns, and service fit.

Personal assistance planning

We talk through daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meals, and self-administered medication reminders.

Background-checked caregivers

Ongoing non-medical support is provided by BCHC caregivers who complete background checks before employment.

Before you reach out

What helps us understand the situation.

You do not need to have every detail ready. A few basics help us prepare for a useful admissions consultation.

  • Type of help needed and current daily routines.
  • Preferred schedule, city, and service area.
  • Emergency contacts and important safety concerns.
  • Questions about payment options or coverage.

Clear expectations

Services are non-medical and do not replace licensed nursing, clinical care, emergency response, or medical advice. Payment options and coverage questions are discussed during intake.

Onboarding

What is reviewed before services begin.

During onboarding, families can expect a review of service expectations, client rights, privacy, home safety, emergency planning, and the practical details needed to support daily routines at home.
