FAQ

Answers before you reach out.

These questions clarify the non-medical scope of care and what information helps when starting a conversation.

Is this medical care?

No. Better Connection in Home Care is planned as non-medical in-home support. It does not replace licensed nursing, clinical treatment, emergency services, or medical advice.

Who is this service for?

The service is for seniors who want practical non-medical help at home.

What types of help can I ask about?

Common requests include companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, chores, errands, laundry, and personal assistance with daily routines.

How do I ask about pricing?

Use the contact form, phone, or email. Pricing details should be discussed after the requested support, schedule, and service area are understood.

Is the admissions consultation free?

Yes. Care inquiries begin with a no-cost admissions consultation conducted by a registered nurse (RN).

Are caregivers RNs?

Not necessarily. The admissions consultation is conducted by an RN, but ongoing caregivers provide non-medical support and complete background checks before employment.
